Spain is still the UK’s most popular holiday destination, probably because there are so many cheap flights from all over the UK and when you get there the weather is much Sunnier, less humid and everything costs less. The South East coast is especially popular and we have many fantastic villas with sea views to choose from in Costa Blanca, main airport Alicante and Costa del Sol right down the bottom, main airport Malaga. Both these regions are just over 2 hours flying away from London. The Costa Blanca enjoys over 320 days a year with 10 or more hours of sunshine, it is a much drier heat than the UK and very much an outdoor life, even in the Winter people enjoy eating out. My advice though is to book a villa with central heating if you plan a holiday between October and April because when the Sun does go in, it can get quite chilly.
