Located in Aegean Coast, Uzumlu
A luxury detached Villa with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool and a fully equipped Games/Fitness Room set in an elevated position with stunning views over the Uzumlu plateau. The traditional Ottoman village of Uzumlu is a short walk away with restaurants, bars, an excellent wine house, shops and a daily market. Fethiye Town and Calis and Olu Deniz beaches are both a 20 minute drive away. The Villa is 500m above sea level, with lovely views of the nearby mountains and benefits from cool breezes even in the height of summer.
From the entrance hall an archway leads into a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge/freezer. Another archway leads to a lounge with satellite TV/DVD and a wood-burning fire and a further archway leads to the 10 seat dining room. A separate ‘Ottoman’ room has TV/DVD and a PlayStation 2, which is ideal for the kids. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and all rooms are marble floored and have access to the terrace/ pool area with another 10 seat dining area and a built-in BBQ.
A marble staircase leads to the marble floored first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one en-suite and a twin bedroom. All rooms have a private sun terrace and there is also a large family bathroom. The second floor has a large family bedroom with a double and a single bed and a hidden sun terrace. There is another twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. All rooms in the Villa are fully air-conditioned and furnished with stylish handmade local furniture.
Externally there is a covered terrace, with fabulous views, with a 10 seat dining area and built-in BBQ. This overlooks the pool and its surrounds which include ample sun-beds and parasols. The gardens have paved and grassed areas with many plants and shrubs and there is a paved car parking area. There is a fully equipped 60m2 Games/Fitness Room with table tennis, darts, weights, a punchbag and a cross trainer and it also has a shower/toilet and bar area.
