Why Ocean View Villas?

There are so many web sites offering services to Villa rental owners and holiday seekers that it is becoming increasingly difficult to choose between them. 'Ocean View Villas' is different because:-

• we specialise in villa rentals & apartments with 'sea views'.
• we plan to keep the number of villas per region to around 50 so that visitors are not overpowered by too many choices in countries such as Greece, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Portugal.
• we control the registration and setting up of villa rental properties onto the web site, which keeps the quality and accuracy of the web site content high and removes the time involved for new members to get set up.

Ocean View Villas is being developed by David Maynerd and Paul Keir, David has owned and successfully let his villa in the Costa Blanca, Spain for over 14 years and Paul owns his own very successful Web Design company called 'Web People'. By combining these two specific skills we hope to become recognized as a quality 'villa web site' which is easy and quick to use for both owners and holiday makers in Greece, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, France and even the UK.

David, having let his villa all these years feels there are four areas where he could use some help:

This is his 'wish list' as a villa owner:

•  To reduce the number of wasted calls received from potential clients enquiring about Summer weeks which have been fully booked for several months.

•  To reduce the amount of brochures which need to be sent out without any loss of bookings and at the same time increase the speed at which the information reaches the client.

•  To be able to book more 'off peak' weeks during the year.

Hopefully some or all of those will strike a chord with other villa rental owners.

This is our 'wish list' as a holiday seeker:

•  To be able to quickly shortlist villas which are available for certain dates, thus avoiding countless wasted phone calls.

•  To be able to do intelligent searches for 'key facilities' to save time looking through endless villa details.

•  To be able get all the detailed information for villas that fit requirements over the internet.

•  To have as much other travel service information at hand to speed up the process of completing the other holiday arrangements like, flights, car hire, insurance etc once a suitable villa has been located.
