Maximum number of guests - 6 guests are permitted. Exceptions maybe made for babies.

Dates - where weeks run across months, the highest charge applies except where agreed otherwise.

Prices - are per week, inclusive of electricity, gas, water, linen, towels and welcome pack except November to April where a heating surcharge may apply.

Towels - Please take beach towels, we supply all bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person at the start of each let. Clean sets can be ordered at a cost of 10 Euros per person.

Payment - On booking please send 25% of total cost and pay the balance at least 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday to allow time for us to send keys and directions. Always use our UK address.

Cancellations - Reasonable cancellations charges will be made so please take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival times - please let us know your arrival times on the booking form or with your final payment.
